Balance Partners is pleased to announce the territorial expansion of its commercial real estate portfolio, Pentium, to include 8 new states.
Pentium will now offer Property capacity on an Ex-CAT basis in the states of: Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi, as well as on an All Perils basis in: Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin. This brings the total number of states in which Pentium is offering Property capacity to 14 adding to their original footprint of: Connecticut, Florida (ex-CAT), Maryland, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
