ATRI’s Management Liability programs, written primarily on an Excess basis, include Directors & Officers/General Partnership Liability for Public, Private and Not-for-Profit Companies, Fiduciary Liability, Employment Practices Liability, and Fidelity Insurance. Our Professional Liability programs include Miscellaneous Professional Liability as well as programs for Investment Advisors, Insurance Brokers, Mutual Funds and Lawyers.

OUR TEAM

Greg Flood

Greg Flood is an industry leader with 40 years of experience specializing in Professional and Management Liability Insurance. Most recently, Greg was President of IronPro®, Ironshore's Professional Liability division. Prior to joining Ironshore, Greg was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of National Union Fire Insurance Company, a subsidiary of American International Group. Before this position, Greg co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Global Specialty Risk (GSR), a D&O specialty insurer launched in 2000 and subsequently acquired by AIG. Previously, he was President of AIG's Mergers and Acquisitions Insurance Services Division. From 1988 to 1998 he served in a variety of positions with National Union. Greg also worked as a broker and Vice President with Marsh & McLennan. Greg holds a B.A. in Economics from Pace University and an M.B.A. from Long Island University

Russell Fierstein

Russell Fierstein comes to ATRI with 17 years of insurance industry experience. He was most recently Senior Vice President, Head of the Wholesale Private/Not for Profit Group at Chubb. Before that, he was Vice President at Chubb and Assistant Vice President at Allied World Assurance. He began his career as a Senior Underwriter at AIG. He holds a B.A. from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.

Kris P. Moor 

Kristian P. Moor is an experienced Chief Executive with more than 40 years of experience in Global Property Casualty Insurance and Financial Services. He most recently served as a Senior Advisor to Tokio Marine and was previously a Senior Advisor and Board Member of Sompo International. In both roles, Kris advised on target acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, capital management, underwriting profitability, operational efficiencies, shared services, branding, distribution strategies and global and domestic organizational structure.

Kris retired from AIG after serving as Executive Vice President of AIG, member of AIG’s Executive Management Group and President and CEO of Chartis Inc. During his tenure at AIG, Kris also served President Domestic Brokerage Group and President of National Union, AIG’s management liability insurer.

Kris holds a B.A in finance from Bryant University and an M.B.A from Pace University

Michael Mitrovic

Mike Mitrovic is an insurance industry executive with a career that spans forty years with extensive experience in all lines of claims management as well as transactional liability and tax liability underwriting. Mike was the former President of Global Claims for Ironshore Inc. where he led the launch of IronPro, Ironshore’s professional and management liability unit in 2008. Prior to joining Ironshore, he served for more than 22 years with AIG; most recently in the roles of Vice President of Claims and President of AIG Worldwide Financial Lines.  He also co-founded and was President and Chief Operating Officer of Axcelera/ Global Specialty Risk in January of 2000. On September 19, 2014, Mike received the Claims Executive of the Year Award. This award is sponsored by major insurance companies and brokers that recognizes years of service and contribution to the insurance industry. Mike holds a B.A from Pennsylvania State University, an M.A. from New York University and a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University. He received a J.D from the University of Richmond School Of Law.

John Iannotti

John Iannotti brings nearly 28 years of industry experience, including over 20 years specifically focused on Management and Professional Liability Insurance. Most recently he served as President of One Beacon’s Professional Liability Division.  Before this position, John was the Senior Vice President at Everest National, where he started up and oversaw their Professional Liability business.  He previously spent 15 years in roles of increasing responsibility at American International Group. He began his career in private legal practice, having earned his Juris Doctor at Hofstra University.  He also holds a B.A in History and Philosophy from St. John’s University.

Gavin O’Brien

Gavin O’Brien brings extensive industry experience at Property & Casualty Insurance carriers and private companies. Most recently, Gavin was an Account Executive Officer for Traveler’s Bond & Specialty Insurance. At Travelers he was responsible for underwriting complex risks and maintaining profitability for Public Company Directors & Officers Liability, Cyber Risk and other Professional Liability Insurance products. Previously he spent 10 years as the Sales Director at Jovani Fashions, an international manufacturer and distributor. Gavin began his career as a Property & Casualty underwriter at GEICO, specializing in Personal Insurance. Gavin holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Political Science from Albany, State University of New York.

Bill Brennan

Bill Brennan comes to ATRI with over 30 years of insurance industry experience, most recently as Chief Underwriting Officer of the Financial Institution Department (IronPro) at Liberty Mutual.  Prior to that Bill spent 10 years at Arch Reinsurance working on the treaty and program sides of the business. Bill’s career began as a CPA working in the Financial Institution Department of KPMG Peat Marwick before joining AIG in 1990. Bill has an M.B.A. in Accounting from St. John’s University and a B.S.  in Economics from The State University of New York at Albany.

Gwen Taylor

Gwen Taylor has 30 year of experience in both corporate and insurance operations. She was most recently a Consultant for Ascot. Prior to that, she served as head of corporate and underwriting operations at various insurers, including Arch Insurance, Global Specialty Risk, and Ironshore. She spent 18 years with AIG in leadership roles in claims and underwriting operations. Gwen holds a B.S. in Education from Edward Waters College.
