Florida Excess Ex-Cat Property Insurance Program

Balance Partners is pleased to announce the launch of its new specialty program providing excess, ex-cat property capacity, “Flexx.” Flexx will target commercial real estate, focusing on Condominiums, Apartments, Retail Shopping Centers and Offices. Coverage is exclusive to Florida with limits offered up to $15M (higher limits available upon request), on a buffer and top layer basis, offered by A++ XV non-admitted capacity. Flexx will serve to not only complement our primary property program, Pentium, but also offer capacity above other select primary property insurers.
