Skyline E&S, provides flexible property insurance solutions designed for shared and layered placements. While our core focus is excess participation, we selectively consider primary positions on well-managed operational risks. Coverage is written on an All-Risk basis, excluding single-peril, DIC, and Deductible Buyback placements.

    • $10,000,000 per occurrence/annual aggregate

    • $5,000,000 per occurrence for critical Flood or Earthquake exposures

    • Excluding California Earthquake

  • Named Windstorm:

    • Excluding Tier 1 Wind-exposed accounts from Virginia to Texas.

  • Primary Participation: Manufacturing, industrial real estate, and other low-frequency classes.

    • Not available for high-frequency occupancies (e.g., multifamily, hospitality, restaurants).

  • Minimum Premium: $25,000

  • Target Account Size: $25M – $1B+ TIV (flexible)

  • Target Classes: Manufacturing (plastics, glass, metal fabrication, food processing, etc.), Commercial & Industrial Real Estate, Multifamily Real Estate, Hospitality, Retail, Municipalities, Schools, Healthcare.

  • Restricted Classes: Recycling Operations, Mining, Builders Risk/Renovation Projects, Energy & Petrochemical, Agriculture, Rail, Dealers Open Lot, Primary Habitational, Single-Family Dwellings, Sawmills.
