Insurance Internal Auditor/Quality Controller

Balance Partners, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic team player to join our growing company. This full-time role involves working closely with management, underwriting, and service teams to ensure compliance with protocols and controls.


Responsibilities:

  • Understand current and future business lines, workflows, and documentation protocols.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements.

  • Develop and execute risk-based audit plans.

  • Conduct premium and operational audits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Document findings, prepare reports, and communicate recommendations.

  • Monitor and guide the implementation of audit recommendations.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Data Analysis experience (preferred)

  • 3 years in insurance audit (preferred)

  • Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Professionalism, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Intermediate Excel Skills are required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, formulas)

  • Previous experience using the program IMS (Insurance Management System) preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • Experience with data analytics and extraction tools.




Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remote

Salary: Commensurate with experience
