Balance Partners, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic team player to join our growing company. This full-time role involves working closely with management, underwriting, and service teams to ensure compliance with protocols and controls.
Responsibilities:
Understand current and future business lines, workflows, and documentation protocols.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements.
Develop and execute risk-based audit plans.
Conduct premium and operational audits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Document findings, prepare reports, and communicate recommendations.
Monitor and guide the implementation of audit recommendations.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Data Analysis experience (preferred)
3 years in insurance audit (preferred)
Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Professionalism, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Intermediate Excel Skills are required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, formulas)
Previous experience using the program IMS (Insurance Management System) preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Experience with data analytics and extraction tools.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: Remote
Salary: Commensurate with experience
