Welcome Ryan Barnes: Balance Partners New Group Chief Financial Officer

We’re excited to welcome Ryan Barnes to the Balance Partners team as our Group Chief Financial Officer.  In his role, Ryan will have responsibility for all finance and accounting functions, focusing on strategic financial leadership, and the acquisition and integration of new portfolio companies for Balance Partners.

Ryan brings with him nearly two decades of financial leadership experience and development in the insurance industry. He began his insurance career at Hub International Insurance in 2007, where he held three CFO roles across Hub Transportation, Hub Northwest, and most recently served as CFO of Hub’s Specialty Program Group for the last 5 years. Throughout his tenure, Ryan has extensive experience building scalable financial and accounting platforms to support high-growth business units and was instrumental in developing both current and future finance leaders.

A proud graduate of Southern Utah University, Ryan earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accountancy concurrently before going on to complete his MBA at the University of Utah. He has been a licensed CPA since 1998 in the state of Nevada, where he began his career with KPMG.

Ryan’s depth of experience and passion for building financial excellence will be instrumental as Balance Partners continues its expansion.
