Effective 7/1/2021, Balance Partners is pleased to announce the launch of our new in-house Professional Liability Program, “Maven”, which means “one who is an expert or connoisseur in a particular field.” Our Team has amassed a tremendous knowledge base over the years and will use that vast experience to assist our clients in placing professional liability policies that meet their insured’s individual needs.
Maven seeks to write Miscellaneous Professional Liability, Insurance Agents and Brokers E&O as well as niche association business both on a primary and excess basis. Targeted miscellaneous classes of business will include but not be limited to: Consultants, Employment Services, Non-Attorney Legal, Real Estate, Insurance, Financial, Health & Wellness, Marketing, Trades, and Planning/Design. Business will be written on AM Best assigned A-paper (E&S/Non-Admitted) with limits up to $2M/$4M and deductibles as low as $500. Occurrence General Liability is available on select classes of business.
