Prior to joining Archer, Allie was a partner at a mid-sized law firm practicing in mergers & acquisitions and leveraged finance specialties, focused on the buying and selling of private companies. She regularly represented private equity sponsors and founder sellers in transformative transactions, as well as both borrowers and lenders in sponsor-backed acquisition financings, dividend recapitalizations, re-financings and renewable energy financings. With over a decade of M&A and capital markets experience, Allie brings valuable insight to the underwriting of R&W policies and tremendous enthusiasm for the high-level of client service that transactional liability insurance policy buyers expect.
