Balance Partners Appoints Brian Lee as President of Springboard Outsourced Services, LLC

Balance Partners LLC, a leading Managing General Underwriter (MGU), announced the appointment of Brian Lee as President of its subsidiary, Springboard Outsourced Services LLC (“Springboard”). Springboard provides comprehensive back-office support—including policy management systems, licensing, and accounting—to startup MGUs seeking a turnkey operational solution.

The leadership appointment supports Balance Partners’ strategic focus on expanding Springboard’s capabilities and client base.
