This approach has yielded substantial underwriting profits for their diverse portfolio of over 40 global insurance and reinsurance partners.
With Michael Sillat and Joe Calise, Founding Partners of Balance Partners, retaining a significant equity stake and continuing to spearhead the company, BP is set to leverage BVIP's expertise in insurance distribution and outsourced service. This collaboration aligns with BP’s philosophy of attracting top-tier, specialty underwriting teams, promising a synergy that will facilitate additional investments and provide the capital necessary to pursue strategically vital acquisitions or partnerships with specialty MGAs.
